Refund & Return Policy

  • Return Window: 14 days for standard returns/exchanges; (per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018).

  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Fees & Refunds: Customers cover courier costs for size/mind changes; CAST covers costs for defective items. Refunds are issued via InstaPay/Vodafone Cash/Store Credit for COD (5-7 days).
